Broderick Mr. Stephen Harvey Sr. is an American television host, producer, actor, and comedian born in January 17, 1957. He is a host of several shows, including The Steve Harvey Morning Show, Family Feud, Celebrity Family Feud, Miss Universe, Family Feud Africa, and the Judge Steve Harvey court comedy, which is based on arbitration.


Harvey started off as a comedian. In early 1980s, he did stand-up comedy and hosted The Steve Harvey Show on WB as well as Showtime at the Apollo. After appearing on the Kings of Comedy Tour, he later appeared in The Original Kings of Comedy. His last performance was in 2012.


Since 2010, Harvey has served as the host of both Family Feud and Celebrity Family Feud. Additionally, he served as host of Steve Harvey's Funderdome and Little Big Shots Forever Young. He is a four-time published author, with his most popular work, Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man, appearing in March 2009.


Harvey established Steve Harvey Global, a media firm that contains his production company East 112 and a number of other projects, in 2017. He launched an African version of Family Feud and contributed to Anthem Sports and Entertainment's acquisition of HDNet. The foundation The Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation, which prioritises youth education, was founded by him and his wife Marjorie.


He has won 14 NAACP Image Awards in various categories, seven Daytime Emmy Awards, two Marconi Awards, and fourteen Marconi Awards.
